tink 2026 is over!

We had three wonderful days at our second tink festival, held May 15–17 at the Centro Sociale: with sold-out screenings, many lovely encounters, and a strong sense of community. We were especially delighted when one visitor called tink the meeting place for trans people in Northern Germany.

Friday kicked off with an exciting opening program. On Saturday, there was much to watch and it suddenly got so full that we unfortunately had to turn some of you away! On Sunday, we relaxed with coffee and cake before and after the film. We had plenty of conversations with visitors and filmmakers not just in the evenings at the bar, but also during the day. And yes, with a self-organized festival, there can sometimes be minor technical hurdles—but that’s all part of it and adds to the charm ;o)

A huge thank you to everyone who made the festival possible: to the many helpers, without whom tink wouldn’t have been possible; to the filmmakers for the enriching conversations and their films; and, of course, to everyone who was there—you were a great audience! A special thank you also goes to our cooperation partners: HIQFF, lost & found, Queertreff Ottensen, Queertreff Wilhelmsburg, B-You, film speed e.V., and Centro Sociale—your support and collaboration mean a great deal to us.

Your feedback helps us make the next tink even better—feel free to write to us!

We’re looking forward to the next tink.
